Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility:
  Scuba diving participants must be at least 10 years old, in good health, and meet the required fitness standards. A medical declaration may be required for scuba diving. While parasailing, participants must be between 8 to 60 years old and weigh up to 120 kg. Pregnant women, individuals with asthma, heart disease, or breathing problems are not recommended for scuba diving.
• Advance Payment:
  ₹500 advance is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance for Scuba Diving/Parasailing must be paid on-site before the activity begins.
• Health and Safety:
  Participants must not consume alcohol or drugs prior to the activity. A comprehensive safety briefing will be provided before the scuba dive, and all instructions must be followed. For parasailing, participants must wear all provided safety equipment, including a life jacket and harness, and follow all safety instructions during take-off, flight, and landing.
• Cancellations:
  Cancellations made before boarding the boat for the scheduled activity will receive a full refund. No refund will be provided for late cancellations for both activities.
• Liability:
  By participating, customers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with both activities. A liability waiver must be signed prior to participation.
• Weather and Safety:
  The activity may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
